I had an emergency plumbing situation and needed a hole in a pipe fixed. I contacted Harry after another 24 hotline group wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to fix the issue. I have used Harry before but didn’t contact him initially as I had presumed he’d be fully booked.Harry’s service was amazing. He made time in his Friday afternoon to fix this problem for me and fixed the problem for half the cost of my original cost.I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and I will definitely be using them again.Thanks Harry

Harry came over and inspected the issue which was a leak caused by old flashing, he supplied photographs and gave a detailed account of the problem. He quoted on the spot and told us his colleagues could do the work that day. We went to lunch and came home just over an hour later and the job was finished. Harry came around again and showed photographs of the work done and explained the process. Could not be happier, highly recommended.

Wonderful experience with this organisation, Harry and Haris are extremely efficient, called with a leak late afternoon, said they would be in attendace at 7.00 next morning, arrived at the stated time and fixed the problem within 2 hours, great effort by them. Also whilst there Haris detected a gas leak in a hot water service and fixed immediately most appreciative. This group is now listed as our plumber of choice on our phones.

Called Pristine plumbing to fix shower leak and blocked sinks/toilet. Harry contacted me back straight after I enquired which is rare these days for companies.Assessed the works very promptly soon after.Within a couple days all the works were completed and done at a reasonable cost.Toilets and sinks are working properly now and shower leak has stopped. Had a blocked toilet - spoke with Harry who answered the phone immediately (always a good sign) and said he could send someone around within a couple of hours. True to the word someone from Pristine Plumbing turned up, went straight to work to investigate. Whilst he tried, he couldn't fix it immediately, so called for a backup with specialist equipment. Second bloke turned up within half an hour with the right tools, and toilet is now flushing again. Recommended.

I had blocked toilet emergency as my elderly family member had called RACV home assist and had not help get the problem sorted but RACY was leaving it until 7am, the next day and her with no toilet since Friday morning. I called Harry and explained the emergency. Harris finished the job and came down within about 1 hour after I called him with his business partner Harrison. He advised he had specialist equipment which did a much better job than what standard plumbers use and would fully clean the pipes in the process of removing the blockage and not damaged the pipes. He reassured me about the process, explained everything and as soon as they arrived they went to work as pros. Knew exactly what they were doing, and got the problem fixed in a very good time. It was one of the worst blocks they had seen in a long time but they fixed it. I can't recommend them highly enough. Price was discussed and agreed upfront, so not bill shock. You want professionals who care about their workand do a great job, you have to call them and you will see why too.
